Çukurbağ Peninsula, the Villa With a Floor of Its Own
A five-bedroom villa above the sea west of Kaş, with an infinity pool facing the water and a lower-ground suite that has its own entrance.

The glass doors slide back and the living room becomes part of the terrace. One step down, the pool runs out to its edge, and beyond it the view takes in both sea and mountains. The villa has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, spread over three floors, and it sleeps up to ten.
A floor with its own front door
The lower ground floor is entered separately from the main villa. It holds a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a wardrobe and a dressing table, and sliding doors open onto a private terrace. It suits older teenagers or young adults who would rather come and go on their own, and it keeps the floors above undisturbed.
The level where the day happens
The ground floor is one open space: a kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee maker and wine fridge, a dining table, and a lounge with a smart TV. Large doors lead straight to the garden and the pool terrace, so a plate travels only a few steps from the stove to the table outside. A laundry room and a separate WC sit off the main space. One double bedroom with its own bathroom is on this floor as well, and it needs no stairs to reach from the living area.

One balcony for two bedrooms
Upstairs are three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two of them open onto a shared balcony, and that is where the sea view is clearest, which suits two couples travelling together. The third double has its own bathroom.
Infinity edge, shaded table
The pool is private, 1.5 metres deep, and set into a terrace with sun loungers and a barbecue. A shaded dining area takes the meals outdoors, and a separate cushioned corner is there for sitting once the table is cleared. There is an outdoor shower beside the pool.
Ten minutes on foot to the sea
The villa stands on the Çukurbağ Peninsula, just west of Kaş. The nearest place to swim is a ten-minute walk away, and since the villa sits above the water, the way back is uphill. The beach clubs are five minutes by car, and the harbour and old town are 10 to 15 minutes by taxi. The peninsula runs about five kilometres out from town and narrows to roughly 100 metres at İnceboğaz, so the sea is close on both sides. Many of the dive sites around Kaş lie along its shore.

Xanthos and Patara both accept the Müze Kart, so carry it on the days you drive west.
